PMPro’s core business goal is to provide international standard of corporate level video. By setting up a youtube channel and produce corporate level of video about Project Management, we believe this would help on attracting new prospect to us. Project management is the key to generate success to team projects. Hence, we wish to convert the complex concept into a simplified and fast learning video. The main idea is to help beginners who wish to learn the knowledge of project management without any charges.
The Project management video will support the goals by increasing the exposure of our production team to potential clients. As we aim for these goals, we have allow public access to the video channel to attract viewers without limitation. The video will help the user to manage projects effectively by implementing the basic knowledge learnt from the video. In order to make this video profitable, the video must meet these goals.
PRELIMINARY PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

YouTube has a subtitle function which allows users to read the subtitle while watching the video.
“I like this” and “I dislike this” rating features is a quick way let creator knows if the viewer enjoy the video or not. Users also allowed to leave a comment for the video and provide their feedback to the creator.
User also can share the video to various social platform, for example: Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Linkedin, email, etc.
Subscribe function allows users to follow the updates on the channel so the user can keep updated if any new video posted.
Related video sections allow user to browse other video. This function also helps on getting more views for the other videos.
The link posted on the video able to direct user to the related website mentioned in the video.
The analytic function allows YouTube to analyse the preference of user and it also allow creator to figure out how viewer discover the content
SUMMARY OF PROJECT DELIVERABLES
Project management-related deliverables: business case, three sphere model, project charter, team contract, scope statement, WBS (Work Breakdown structure), work items list, baseline gantt chart project’s schedule, cost baseline, status reports, final project presentation, final project report, lessons-learned report, and any other documents required to manage the project.
