INTRODUCTION

This project provides a platform for online based technical repair of IT products (computer, laptop, smartphone, and tablet) to IT users. Our service divided into three types- Online Support (virtually remote access or step by step guidance), Onsite Support (doorstep service at client’s location) and Visiting Support (client visit the physical shop for diagnosis).

PROJECT BACKGROUND

The purpose of this project development is to provide a hassle-free repair service which will fix your IT products in a faster and smarter way. Just a few taps or clicks, you could post your problems and request for quotation. You don’t have to wait for the queuing time. Besides, Onsite repair service allows you to get your device’s problem fixed by accepting the quotation from the expert to come to your home or office. We also introduce online support service which allows our technical experts to online access device virtually or teach you to fix your device step by step for a minor technical problem.

PROJECT AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

The aim of this research is to develop a responsive web and mobile IT support system that provides both web and mobile platform for users to find the solution related to their IT problems in a quality and efficient way. Users would have more control over who will help them and how much they will pay for the services through this app. Users that wish to help other people on IT problems can get certified as an expert and solve other user’s problem while obtaining income from it.
